At Tipo.lk, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and refunds policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  1. Returns Policy:

We accept returns for all products within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone, using the contact details listed below. You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not in their original condition, that have been used, or that are damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

  1. Refunds Policy:

Once we have received your returned product and have verified that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your bank account. Please note that shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.

Also please note that we only refund up to 90% of the total amount when the orders are made through Mintpay, KOKO and Moneta.
