- Returns Policy:
We accept returns for all products within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not in their original condition, that have been used, or that are damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
- Refunds Policy:
Once we have received your returned product and have verified that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your bank account. Please note that shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.
Also please note that we only refund up to 90% of the total amount when the orders are made through Mintpay, KOKO and Moneta.
